Included in every plan

• You stay the authorEvery line shows where it came from. Nothing reaches the record until you approve it, and nothing is ever diagnosed or decided for you.
• Your forms, not oursWe build your templates from the blank forms you already use, in your order and your wording, and you approve them before first use.
• Sign in with a touchFingerprint or face on your own devices, with two-step sign-in always on and every sign-in recorded. Once inside, approving a note and signing a certificate is one tap: the second step belongs at the door, not on every page.
• If the phone is lostMake your ten backup codes once, from Security, and keep them somewhere other than the phone. They are how you get back in when the phone with your authenticator is gone, and using one signs every other device out.
• Every change on recordEach approved note keeps who approved it and when. Changes are amendments with a reason, never quiet edits.
• On your phone and your computerStart on the ward, finish in the rooms. Nothing to install.
• Set up with youWe open your account, build your forms and walk you through your first consult.

Prices

Prices on the pricing page are indicative and not yet final, and exclude VAT. Notes are unlimited on fair use: if one account uses far more than a busy practice would, we talk to you first. We confirm your price before you start. For more reception users, or several doctors in one practice, ask us.

Your details

When you request access, we use your name, registration number and contact details to verify your registration and to contact you about access. Nothing else.

During the pilot Bhala runs on made-up (synthetic) patient data only. No real patient information is stored.
